Circulation Assistant

 

Typical Hours: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays: 2:00-6:00pm, Saturdays: 10:00am-2:00pm

Wage: $16.00/hr with annual increases available

Start Date: August 10, 2026  

 

Hinckley Public Library District is seeking a part time Circulation Assistant. This position requires approximately 16 hours of work per week and has a primary focus of customer service. Duties include checking out/checking in materials, issuing/renewing library cards, helping patrons with computer questions, shelving materials, and other duties as assigned. Opportunities will also be available for helping with or creating children’s events.

 

Flexibility in scheduling is a must. Strong technology and customer service skills are required.
